Miss Dutchess having coffee Miss Dutchess is a full blooded wolf, she is half Arctic ans half timber. Every morning she would get up to the table and have her coffee with me..she didn't mind that it was 3/4 milk..it was warm.
I've raised wolves for 7 years.I need to say wolves are wild, and should be stay that way.
The Cherokee will not kill a wolf if he can possibly aviod it, but will let it go by unharmed, believing that the kindred of a slain wolf will surely revenge his death. The Wolf is a good sign they are wise, cunning, intelligent,
strong, and yet mysterious.AMINAL TOTEM:The wolf is an ancestor of the domestic dog and a powerful and muscular animal. Wolves have an enduring relationship with their mate, and the pairs stay together for life. The wolf are highly regarded animals among the ancient tribes of Native Americans. The Native Americans Indians associated the wolf with mountains and high places and as a teacher and guide to sacred things

I've loved wolves all my life and when I was given the chance to raise two from birth, I couldn't pass it up. I've learned so much from my wolves, from their eating habits to the giving birth. I've seen many animals give birth but Wolves are are so different. My love for animals is felt by all the wild animals I've had. I hope that in the near future I'll be able to build a Wild Life Rescue Center on the Property in Wisconsin. I draw and with any luck I hope to have my pictures in print and with the money from them and grants it will be in operation with in the next few years.

Cheyenne: 6 months old
Sky warriors I am of Native American descent, Cherokee and Blackfoot and white
thrown in for good measure, I belong to the Southeast Band Cherokee,
Turtle clan. I was not raised in the ways of the Indians but was called
to it buy the spirits. I have been asked if I know the language of my
people, I am learning it now. Growing up, I always felt as if I never
belonged anywhere. I felt things and heard things others couldn't.
It wasn't until I met a medicine woman that I began to understand
what was going on in my life.

She made me see that my thoughts were not mine, but the thoughts
of the spirits calling me. She told me that I was a spiritual walker,
and I was being called to the medicine ways. So, she is teaching
me the medicine ways of the Cherokee. I have never felt a peace
as I do now, and my life has a meaning. I follow the Red Road
and listen to spirits. I am 43, divorced, (he and the wolves didn't
get along) and have a 22-year-old daughter, I'm 5' 4 " I have raised
wolves for 7 years. I had them as pets at first, but knew in my heart
that this wasn't the right thing for them, so now I raise them and
reintroduce them back into the wild. I have 14 at this time; they are
at my property in Wisconsin. I hope to build a cabin on lake, I have
10 acres and the chance to acquire the 10 acres next to mine. Its
eight miles out in the woods and very pretty. I like the woods, rain,
animals of all kinds. Honest open people quiet mornings with a cup
of coffee, and watching the sun set. I have a love of Mother Earth,
and all her relations.
